Import fees are not included in the product price or the applied postage. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any charges incurred. We cannot provide information regarding these additional costs. For answers to any questions regarding what may be due upon arrival, please check with your country's local customs office. Should you refuse to pay in order to retrieve your parcel and it is returned to us, you will not be refunded the original postage price and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We ship worldwide. Some countries may be excluded. Please proceed to checkout and use the drop-down menu labeled "Country/Region" to see if yours is eligible. We reserve the right to cancel your order due to any recurring negligence by your local postal service provider. This is for the protection of your assets as well as ours.
Distributed from our facility in Las Vegas, NV, while most items ship out within 1-3 business days, items under the "new releases" category may be subject to longer than normal processing times as we work to produce inventory.
Standard shipping is free for U.S. residents. To calculate expedited or international shipping charges, please add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout, then enter your shipping address as prompted in order receive a precise quote.
Time in transit will vary based on the selected shipping method. The estimate you receive is the average time it takes a parcel to reach your destination after it has left our facility. Please note, this clock does not start until after fulfillment. Your parcel is not in transit until it leaves our facility.
Customers residing outside the United States can expect to wait 1-2 weeks for parcels to arrive depending on their country of origin. This time may be extended by unexpected delays in customs. We have no control over the time a parcel spends passing through these channels, and we cannot influence the rate at which they do so.
We cannot provide any information beyond what is already being offered by the carrier(s) managing your shipment. Please contact the handling carrier if you wish to obtain details other than what is being provided by their system.
For international customers, any items shipped via United States Postal Service should in most instances be handled by your local postal service provider. When opting for economy shipping methods, the tracking system of the United States Postal Service will not provide customers with detailed updates after a parcel has left our country. Please enter the designated tracking identifier in your local carrier's system to better determine your parcel's current whereabouts.
